Simon Alexander Häuser starts working in the field of organisational development during his studies of Sociology at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz and of Psychology at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. His professional career sends him as cultural change consultant into various German industry branches. Focussing on measurable effects of his interventions on ‘hard numbers’, he supports his client organisations to develop their capabilities and performance in change, leadership, cooperation and self-transforming abilities.
Since 2008 Simon Alexander Häuser works as a freelancer consultant and organisational developer. He works for corporations and sme’s on the level of the entire system (the organisation and its culture, structures and processes); on the level of interpersonal cooperation; and on the individual level. On these three connected levels he enables quick, effective, sustainable, coherent development and change.
Simon Alexander Häuser is fluent in English and qualified himself during more than 300 days of training and supervision in systemic, process-orientated, hypnosystemic, facilitating (amongst others) methods of working with individuals, groups and organisations.
