After completing a business education with a focus on IT, Sascha founded his own IT company. There, he imported and distributed components for Unix multi-user systems and, after two years, shifted the company’s focus from IT infrastructure to IT application technology. The company then focused on the implementation of ERP systems and accompanying process optimization in medium-sized companies across various industries (technical trade and commerce, medical technology, mechanical engineering, textile trade, IT and consumer distribution, food industry, etc.).
After 20 years in the IT industry, Sascha took on responsibilities at a food producer in 2008, serving as COO/CIO and managing the operational aspects of the company. With his team, he designed and built a new production facility. Additionally, he provided consulting services to companies on topics such as ERP/PPS, certifications (IFS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000), strategy development as well as restructuring and process optimization.
In mid-2023, Sascha joined MSP as a partner, now focusing exclusively on his consulting mandates and interim management roles.
