Heiko Simonek studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and started his professional career in a medium-sized auditing firm, in which he was soon deployed to restructuring projects in addition to tax advice and auditing. In the following years, he was very successful in financial management positions in medium-sized companies for over 10 years. In addition to that he also successfully established a start-up company.
Heiko Simonek has been self-employed as a management consultant and interim manager since 2017 and actively supports medium-sized companies, for example in turnaround projects, earnings-enhancement projects, process optimization and the introduction of controlling systems.
Heiko Simonek ist a certified business coach, fluent in English and has been a network partner since 2017 and became an Equity Partner of MSP in 2020.
