Dr Christian Ausfelder holds Master degrees in business administration and electrical engineering from TU München and a PhD in Industrial Automation form the University in Lille, France. He started his career in 1994 with ABB in Mannheim managing EPC projects in the Pulp and Paper Industry. When he left ABB in 2001 Christian held the P&L responsibility for this business area in Germany and the surrounding countries.
Since 2001 Christian has been working as a change manager mainly in the manufacturing industry under various contractual forms. He successfully completed turnarounds for family owned midcaps as a CRO, multiplied the results of a construction equipment company as CEO and co-owner, ran global cost savings programs in 23 countries as a member of the Executive Committee of a listed group and completed the change in performance and culture as managing director in Germany for a French global player.
Christian Ausfelder has been associated with MSP since 2010 as a member of the advisory board and joined MSP as partner in 2020. Christian is fluent in English and French and has been responsible for companies in most countries in Europe as well as in US, China and India.
