After studying business administration (business informatics and operational management) in Pforzheim, he started his career at the Baden- Württemberg Export Academy as a research assistant on post-graduate MBA courses and in the area of business model simulation.
From 1996, he took part in strategic projects at Festo Didactic, including the development of franchise schemes.
He has been a self-employed business consultant since 1997.
From 1997 to 2005, he was a project manager in systems and service management (Credit Suisse, Mobilcom Austria, Swiss Federal Office of Information Technology (FOITT), German Federal Employment Agency, Atos Worldline, Böhringer Ingelheim, etc.).
From 2005 to 2010, he was a project mana- ger and programme manager in the areas of customer service, knowledge management and service-provider management (Arcor AG & Co. KG, Versatel AG, Vodafone AG, etc.).
He became a self-employed partner at MSP in 2010.
